Dimah Capital Investment Company KSC Closed discloses the approval of the Capital Markets Authority on Sunday 29/7/2018 on the draft merger contract between Dimah Capital Investment Company (“Dimah Company”) and Al-Bilad Real Estate Investment Company ( “Al-Bilad Company”) by way of consolidation by dissolving and liquidating Al-Bilad Company and transferring its financial liabilities to Dimah Company in exchange for the latter issuing new shares for the benefit of Al-Bilad shareholders.
