Dimah Capital Investment Company held on Tuesday, 30 March 2021 its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the financial year that has ended on 31st December 2020 in Al-Dhow tower, at which there was a quorum of 81.95%. The AGM approved the Board of Directors’ recommendations to not distribute any cash dividends to shareholders in 2020.
